Terming chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy’s statement on Friday as tissue of lies, TRS president K Chandrasekhara Rao on Saturday demanded that the Congress high command either to sack the ‘liar’ Kiran Reddy or impose President’s rule to expedite the process of Telangana state formation.

Addressing the workers who joined the TRS from TDP from Ranga Reddy district here on Saturday, Chandrasekhara Rao said that the chief minister admitted one fact that the actual share of 90 tmcft water was allotted to Krishna, the state utilised around 338 tmcft. But, Telangana did not get water and not even 1.3 lakh acres land was irrigated in Mahabubnagar. The fact was that Kiran Reddy admitted that despite drawing huge volume of water from Krishna, Telangana was not benefited.

“The admission by Kiran Reddy and that of APNGOs association president P Ashok Babu that there were 60,000 employees from Seemandhra working in Telangana clearly proved that they wanted united state to continue to loot waters and jobs of Telangana,” he said.

“Even after this type of looting, how can the Telangana people live together with Seemandhra? Seemandhra leaders want united AP, even while calling me names,” Rao said. How was it possible to remain united after the injustice that had been done to the people in Telangana. .

Accusing Kiran Reddy of committing several irregularities after the CWC decision was announced, the TRS chief said: “Once Telangana is formed, the new government will review all the decisions of Kiran Reddy in the last three months.

I will bare his history at Sakala Janula Bheri,” Rao said.
