IMA Meet on Holistic Medicare

In an effort to bring all the specialties and super specialties in the medical sciences on one platform and to create a holistic approach for better medicare, Indian Medical Association (IMA) will be organizing a two-day state conference at ‘A convention centre’ from Saturday here.

VIJAYAWADA: In an effort to bring all the specialties and super specialties in the medical sciences on one platform and to create a holistic approach for better medicare, Indian Medical Association (IMA) will be organizing a two-day state conference at ‘A convention centre’ from Saturday here.

Addressing the media, former IMA president Dr G Samaram said that the aim of the conference was to provide affordable quality healthcare in the remote areas.

“Around 1,000 delegates from across the world will discuss the innovations in M-medicine, Telly medicine,” he said. IMA national coordinator and National IMA forum chairman Dr N Appa Rao said that this would be the last united conference of delegates from AP and Telangana. 

IMA Vijayawada president P Venkateswarulu, AP chairman Prof CSR Prasad Rao, Dr Rama Chandra Rao, Dr T V Ramana Murthy and other members of IMA were present.
