VISAKHAPATNAM: Environmental Film Society (EFS) and Vizag Film society (VFS), in order to create awareness on environmental issues among the people, jointly screened a 93-minute film - Home - at the Visakha Public Library in the city Sunday. Environmentalists and students took part in the screening.

‘Home’ presented a detailed picturisation of the diversity of life on Earth and also showcased how the Earth’s problems were all interlinked with the ecosystem. The EFS and VFS would screen more such environment-related short films, including internationally reputed environmental documentaries on planet Earth, every month, for the benefit of Vizagites. The EFS is also planning to organise visual-aided positive thinking programmes in schools and colleges in the coming days, with the help of Green Climate Women Team.
