VIJAYAWADA: Brimming with ideas and desperately waiting for a chance to try them out real-time? Then ‘Startup Weekend’ is just the place for you. Students and aspiring entrepreneurs get an opportunity to convert their concepts into real projects at this three-day event being held at the KL University here from Sept 5.
It is basically a gathering of developers, designers, product managers and marketers to whom the start-up enthusiasts have to showcase their feasible technology-related business ideas - this they have to do in 60 seconds. The best 100 participants will be selected to form into teams and work on executing their concepts successfully in 54 hours. The feasible ones from among these projects could go on to become start-ups.
