VIJAYAWADA: Former MLA and Congress leader Malladi Vishnu has criticised the government for delaying the construction of a flyover at Durga Temple. Speaking to media here Thursday, Vishnu said that while the Congress government had already prepared the Detailed Project Report (DPR) during its tenure with `90 lakh, the TDP government had again called for tenders for DPR. “CM Naidu said that he would lay the foundation-stone for Durga Temple flyover within three months of assuming power, but that hasn’t happened,” he said.
