HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that the government will set up Gurukul hostels for SC, ST and BC students and ensure quality education to them.
In a meeting with officials at his Camp Office here on Wednesday, the chief minister said that the government will also provide nutritious food to these students. Naidu directed the officials to appoint teachers on contract basis in case of a shortage of teaching staff. Officials told Naidu that there is a requirement for 195 hostel welfare officers and 59 high-school officers.
