138g Gold Seized from Three Thieves

VISAKHAPATNAM: The city police arrested a three-member gang involved in several house theft cases and recovered 138 g of gold from them. The trio were identified as R Naresh of Isukuthota, M Sai Kumar from Vizianagaram and a resident of MVP Colony and K Raghuram of MVP Colony.

Naresh, Sai Kumar and Raghuram befriended each other while they were in prison, for their involvement in many criminal cases.

After getting released, they committed house break-ins in Chodavaram, Gajuwaka and Pendurthy areas and stole 180 g of gold.

Acting on a tip-off, Gajuwaka inspector of police P Koteswara Rao and his team arrested the gang. A case was registered and investigation is on.
