Gas Leak Plugged in R’mundry

RAJAHMUNDRY: Officials of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has successfully capped a hole emanating gas Friday morning, in Chinna Raghavulapeta of Uppalaguptam mandal. A minor gas surge was identified in the village Wednesday and an immediate assessment was done by ONGC experts. They found out that it was a minor gas leak without any inflammable properties emanating from a narrow hole drilled eight years ago. However, they could not detect any reason for the leak.
