Jagan, Mopidevi Appear in Spl CBI Court

HYDERABAD: A  special CBI court on Tuesday posted the case related to alleged investments made in the companies of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy in return for benefits, to October 21.

Apart from Jagan, his close aide V Vijay Sai Reddy and other accused including former minister Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao, also appeared before the court in connection with different aspects of the case.

Few senior IAS officers and industrialists, who are among other accused in connection with the case, also appeared before the court. 

Arguments on framing of charges pertaining to the first chargesheet filed in the case, had begun last week in the court.
