RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM: The district administration is making elaborate arrangements for the proposed visit of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on July 11th, the last day of Godavari Maha Pushkaram-2015.
The Chief Minister will reach Rajamahendravaram at around 3.30 pm from Gannavaram. Later, he will participate in various development activities, including distribution of pucca houses to the beneficiaries. He will also visit some nurseries in Kadiyam.
After which, the Chief Minister will participate in Godavari Nitya Harathi at Pushkar Ghat and take Pushkar water with him. The police
department has beefed up security arrangements at the Pushkar Ghat, in the wake of the stampede on July 14th, 2015, the first day of Godavari Maha Pushkarams-2015.
