VISAKHAPATNAM: DEATH roll mounted to four in the blast of the illegal cracker manufacturing unit at A-Kothapalli of Devarapalli mandal in. Unit owner K Nageswara Rao (35), who was admitted with over 90 per cent burns to a private hospital, died in the wee hours of Saturday. Among the injured the condition of S Sankar Rao (25) and K Mahesh (28) is still critical. Surya Rao (45) is being treated with 30 per cent burns.
