AU Distance Education entrance exam for MBA, MCA put off to September 18

VISAKHAPATNAM: The School of Distance Education of Andhra University has postponed the

entrance examination for admission to MBA and MCA courses to September 18. The exam was scheduled to be held on September 11, director of School of Distance Education LD Sudhakara Babu said here on Saturday.

The last date for receipt of filled-in applications without any fine has been extended up to August 31. It is also informed that the candidates, who have not qualified in the recent ICET examination (2016), can now appear and qualify in this Entrance Examination for admission to MBA and MCA courses through the SDE.

However, candidates with five years of work experience as on July 1, 2016 in their respective fields after graduation need not appear for the entrance examination and can seek admission directly.
