HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad HC took on record the status report filed by the CID of AP state pertaining to Agri Gold scam. The bench comprising Justice V Ramasubramanian and Justice S V Bhatt was dealing with petitions filed by the Agri Gold, Akshaya Gold customers and agents welfare associations seeking repayment of their deposits.
Special counsel of AP Krishna Prakash brought to the notice of the court that they have already filed the charge sheet in the case against Akshaya Gold company. During investigation it was revealed that the company had `10 crore cash and 2,500 acres of land. Further hearing in the case has been posted for Tuesday.
