TOEFL van to share info at city colleges from today

VISAKHAPATNAM:Studentswho wish to appear for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) to study abroad can now apply through the TOEFL information van which will be camping at various educational institutions in the city, beginning Saturday.

The van would serve as an one-stop point for TOEFL information, registration support and study guidance where two experts would provide guidance to the students.

On August 27, the van would be halted at the Visakha Institute of Engineering and Technology and on August 29, it would be stationed at Sankethika Engineering College. Pydah College and Visakha Technical Campus will host the TOEFL van on August 30 and 31 respectively.

“Indian students continue to show an increased desire to study abroad. So, it is crucial that they are provided with the necessary resources to achieve those goals and the information van brings all of those resources in one convenient stop,” said Jennifer Brown, executive director of the TOEFL.
