VISAKHAPATNAM: To make the laboratory testing process for the food industry in the city hassle-free and less time taking, National Collateral Management Services Limited (NCML) inaugurated its state-of-the-art regional food testing lab here on Monday. It will provide testing facility to all kinds of food products with high-end equipment.
Deputy NCML CEO Unupom Kaushik said, “At present, the formalities are under process to get EIC accreditation for its regional centre in Vizag and will get it in a few months. We will meet the non-regulatory requirements of our clients until we get the Export Inspection Council (EIC) accreditation and then we will start regulatory requirements at the centre as well.”
