VISAKHAPATNAM: The north main campus of Delhi Public School was inaugurated by HRD minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao at Anandapuram here on Wednesday. ZP chairperson Lalam Bhavani, MP K HariBabu, VUDA vice-chairman Babau Rao Naidu and RINL chairman-cum-managing director P Madhusudan inaugurated the classrooms, labs and the administrative space. The guests went round the academic block visiting the IT lab, science lab, audio-visual room, ventilated classrooms, music room, open-air stage and library.
“The new school campus has very good physical environment making teaching and learning process more easy,” said Ganta Srinivasa Rao. The campus spread in 10 acres would meet the international standards, providing quality education. Amidst green landscapes it gives an environment-friendly and motivated learning experience to the students.
The school building is fully equipped with modern amenities and facilities that a world class school should have along with a huge playground for a complete all-round scholastic and physical education. The dignitaries who were pleased with the layout of the building, remarked that the school would be the most regal among the others.
Founder-chairman of the school Viswanatha Danunjaya Rao said that the sole aim of setting up the school was to make quality education available within the reach of everyone.
