Air India starts new flight connecting Vizag, Vijayawada and Tirupati

Alliance Air, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India, today announced start of new flight operations connecting Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada and Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh.

HYDERABAD: Alliance Air, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India, today announced start of new flight operations connecting Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada and Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh.      

The new flight would enable passengers from Visakhapatnam to reach Tirupati within two and a half hours. It will be an ATR-42 aircraft with capacity of 70, Air India said in a release.      

The new flight will be operated on all days except Wednesdays.      

The flight departs Vizag at 0630 hours to arrive at Vijayawada at 0730 hrs. It departs from Vijayawada at 0755 hrs to arrive at Tirupati at 0900 hrs.      

During the return journey, the flight leaves Tirupati at 0925 hrs to arrive at Vijayawada at 1030 hrs. It then departs from Vijayawada at 1055 hrs to arrive at Vizag at 1155 hrs.
