GUNTUR: Social Welfare Minister Nakka Anand Babu has said that the government is organising Christmas celebrations on a grand scale in Guntur on December 23. The Minister, along with other officials inspected the arrangements at Lutheran English Medium High School at Lodge Centre here on Saturday.
He said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and representatives of Christian Associations would participate in the celebrations in Guntur. Collector Kona Sasidhar said that they are taking all steps to make the programme a grand success. Joint Collector-II M Venkateswara Rao, Urban SP Ch Vijaya Rao and GMC Commissioner Ch Anuradha accompanied the Minister.
