VISAKHAPATNAM: The Income Tax department, Visakhapatnam, is hosting the 30th Cultural Revenue South Zone Meet 2016-17. The event will be held on February 3 and 4 at VUDA Children’s Arena, Visakhapatnam, to bring out in-house talent in dance, drama and music during the two-day carnival.
The Central revenue departments like the Income Tax, Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax from six southern states will participate in the cultural meet. Teams from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Goa will take part in the event. The main events consist of music, Instrumental and Carnatic _ light and classical, solo dance and group dance, regional, English and Hindi drama and group folk song.
