Training camp for lawyers begins

District Principal Judge Gandham Sunitha has said the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) is striving to provide free legal assistance to the poor people.

ELURU: District Principal Judge Gandham Sunitha has said the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) is striving to provide free legal assistance to the poor people.


Speaking after inaugurating a two-day training programme for legal services panel lawyers in the city on Saturday, she said the poor people should not suffer due to lack of legal assistance. Lawyers should keep abreast of changes in the law to be through professionals, she said. 


About 65 lawyers are attending the two-day training programme being organised by the DLSA. 
First Additional District Judge G Gopi, Seventh Additional District Judge S Sridevi, DLSA Secretary K Sailaja, Principal Senior Civil Judge L Sridharand others participated in the programme.
