Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh now has 120 digital classrooms

Two digital classrooms were inaugurated in government schools in Tenneru and Kolavennu villages of Krishna district on Wednesday under the AP Janmabhoomi initiative.

VIJAYAWADA:Two digital classrooms were inaugurated in government schools in Tenneru and Kolavennu villages of Krishna district on Wednesday under the AP Janmabhoomi initiative.
On the occasion, Nallamalla Radha Krishna, an IT professional from New Jersey, pledged to provide funds for establishing digital classrooms in 25 schools in Penamaluru constituency.

According to a press release, District Collector B Lakshmikantham and Penamaluru MLA Bode Prasad inaugurated the digital classes.“Impressed by the work being done under AP Janmabhoomi initiative, Nallamalla Radha Krishna has decided to provide funds for establishing digital classes in 25 schools in Penamaluru constituency. With this, all the schools in the entire constituency will become digital,” said the representatives of the initiative.  Radha Krishna opted for Tenneru village as his in-laws hail from the village. With the two fresh digital classes, the total tally reached 120 in Krishna district.
