Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu braces for Tirupati meeting

Now, the Chief Minister is once again preparing to corner the Centre publicly by explaining how the government in Delhi cheated the people of the State.

VIJAYAWADA:While Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, armed with audio and video clippings, is bracing for a public meeting to be held in the temple town of Tirupati on April 30 to launch a scathing attack on the Centre, particularly Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the TDP MPs, who are back in their   respective constituencies, are set to hit the road by organising bicycle rallies and public meetings in every Assembly constituency.

Though the TDP leadership initially planned to organise bus yatras after the return of its MPs from Delhi, it withdraw the plan later. It is now focusing on making the proposed public meeting in Tirupati a grand success.

It was in Tirupati that Modi had made several promises, including granting of Special Category Status to AP, exactly four years ago during his election campaign in his capacity as the Prime Ministerial candidate before the 2014 elections.

Now, the Chief Minister is once again preparing to corner the Centre publicly by explaining how the government in Delhi cheated the people of the State.When contacted by TNIE, Srikakulam MP K Rammohan Naidu said  TDP MPs, along with Ministers and MLAs, will organise bicycle rallies in  all the Assembly constituencies.
