HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday made two suggestions to see that all meritorious candidates were accommodated and the reserved candidates do not suffer in respect of admissions into medical colleges in both AP and the Telangana States.
The bench directed the NTR University of Health Sciences to come up with the data by Friday whether the seats vacated by the reserved meritorious candidates were being filled by the reserved categories would cross the 50% reservation limit or not, and how many reserved candidates would be affected if such seats were filled by meritorious candidates under open category.
