ELURU: With his fans launching personal attacks on YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy after the latter’s remarks against the actor-turned-politician’s character, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Thursday called upon his fans and party workers not to drag Jagan or his family, including the women members, into the ongoing controversy. “I request all of you to end the controversy now,” Pawan Kalyan tweeted.

In his tweet, Pawan Kalyan said he does not want to use the controversy for political gains. “I differ with other parties over people-related issues, but I don’t have any personal issues with any individual,’’ he said.
Meanwhile, on the third day of his Bhimavaram tour, Pawan Kalyan interacted with students, lawyers and Muslims. He held a meeting with the people following an injury to his leg. On the suggestion of the doctors, he started meeting the people at Nirmala Function Hall in Peda Amiram.

Pawan told students that he entered politics with an aim that everyone should live peacefully and develop themselves. He said that he would not speak like other people and what happened in others personal lives. “In politics, we should have patience, daringness and moreover commitment. I came to politics in a complicated situation, unlike N Lokesh who entered politics from comfort zone,” Pawan said.

Later, he interacted with Muslims. The Muslims stated that the government was trying to categorise them in the name of surnames and due to that the real poor could not get the welfare benefits. Reacting to their agony, Pawan demanded that the State government introduce a sub-plan for Muslims in the Budget for their uplift.
