KADAPA: A drunk man allegedly sexually assaulted an 80-year-old woman at an old age home in Badvel town of Kadapa district on Friday. Badvel Urban SI Chalapati Naidu said the accused Siddaiah entered the old age home in an inebriated condition and allegedly sexually assaulted her.
On Saturday, when the victim’s daughter visited her mother at the old age home, the victim narrated the incident to her. Based on the complaint filed by the victim’s daughter, police registered a case under Sections 376 and 448 against Siddaiah and took him into custody.
