BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Court on Friday ordered a fresh inquiry against BJP MLA C T Ravi and directed the Lokayutka Police to submit a report on April 16 in a land grab case in which he was given a clean chit last Saturday.
On April 7, the Lokayukta police filed a report in the Lokayukta special court saying charges of abuse of official power are not proved against the minister. But, the court recommended cancellation of sites allotted to his wife in alleged violation of rules.
However, the complainant has challenged the report filed by the police and sought the court to name Ravi in the accused list. Following this, Lokayukta Judge N K Sudhindra Rao ordered a re-inquiry into the matter.
