HUBLI:Siddalinga Swamiji of Tontadarya Mutt expressed disappointment at the present state of politics and said that the political class had become weak due to degradation of moral values and rampant corruption.
He was addressing a gathering at the week-long Vishwa Vedanta Parishat organised by Siddaroodha Trust Committee as part of the 175th birth anniversary celebrations of Sri Shiddaroodha Swamiji.
He expressed gladness that the judiciary as a protector of dharma was able to put behind bars scam-scarred politicians of the state.
