BANGALORE: Referring to former CM BS Yeddyurappa’s reported anguish at his successor DV Sadananda Gowda, former minister and MP AH Vishwanath criticised the latter for hobnobbing with JD(S) supremo and former PM HD Deve Gowda.
“The appointment of the Upa Lokayukta has given credence to the notion that Sadananda Gowda is acting at the behest of Deve Gowda,” he said.
He added that the ongoing power struggle within the state BJP has badly hit administration of the government.
“People have seen this government spend less time on teething problems faced by the people,” he said questioning the Governor’s silence over the issue.
