BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court, on Monday, adjourned the hearing of KIADB land scam case involving former minister Katta Subramanya Naidu, his son and BBMP Corporator Katta Jagadish Naidu and others till January 25.
The advocates representing Katta informed the court that he was flying to London for treatment on Monday and asked exemption from appearing in court. The Judge agreed and adjourned the hearing till January 25. The Judge pulled up Lokayukta police for not providing property details of Venkaiah and Jaggiah, the other accused in the case.
