BANGALORE: The High Court on Tuesday reserved its orders on a petition filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa. The petition pertains to quashing proceedings in the Lokayukta Special Court over two corruption cases filed against him.

Justice Anand Byrareddy reserved the orders, after senior counsel for the petitioner Jaikumar S Patil and advocate for the complainant Sirajin Basha, Nitin, concluded their arguments.

Final Report on Probe Against BSY on Jan 30 The Lokayukta Court on Tuesday granted time till January 30 to the Lokayukta police to file its final report on its probe into a private complaint filed against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa alleging irregularities in award of Bhadra irrigation project.

Judge N K Sudhindra Rao asked the police to file the report on January 30. Police informed that it has completed investigation and was seeking legal opinion on the report.
