Sindhu Loknath has signed her next film, Yaare Koogadali and the actress is pretty excited to be part of big banner films
2012 seems to be bright and exciting for actress Sindhu Loknath as far as her career in Sandalwood is concerned. After she completed shooting for a romantic flick, Drama directed by Yograj Bhat, Sindhu will be part of Yaare Koogadali to be directed by Samuthirakani with Puneeth Rajkumar and Yogi in the film. “I am climbing up the ladder this year,” she beams.
She may be a few films old but being part of a big banner film is itself a good sign, she says and adds, “I am happy to be getting calls from good film-makers. This helps me in displaying my skills and I am glad that it has been noticed in Sandalwood. Good films will help us perform better.”
The actress is slated to be paired opposite Yogi in the film. “I watched the original version, Porali. It is an off-beat cinema, a thriller film. Although, the Tamil film has one main character playing a silent role, I was told that my role will be different as the film will have some changes suiting the Kannada preferences,” says the actress, who will start shooting very soon. “I was supposed to join the team from July 6. But now since Puneeth is going abroad, the schedule has been postponed,” she says.
