SHIMOGA: Former CM B S Yeddyurappa termed the unruly behaviour of advocates as shameful and the attack on the media representatives a heinous act. Speaking to reporters in the city on Saturday, Yeddyurappa suspected high handedness of people behind the incident. He said the government should take a stringent action against those who were responsible for the act.
Media Flayed: State BJP President K S Eshwarappa said any civilised society would not accept the unruly behaviour of educated advocates.
He criticised media too. “Media should not spread false news to the public. In Friday’s incident, media spread the news of human loss in the incident. But there were no such incidents,” Eshwarappa said.
