BANGALORE: Though the Civil Aviation Ministry clarified  there will be ‘no bail out’ package for Kingfisher Airlines, the labour department stated it will be able to act if they receive a complaint.

Since three months Kingfisher Airlines had not paid salaries to their employees.

Speaking to Express, Union Minister for Labour and Employment Malikarjun Kharge said they would not interfere with the affairs of a private company.”So far I am not aware of any complaints. But the pilots and staff can approach the labour department and file a complaint.”

Pilots of the airline  raised concerns with the management about the non-payment of  salaries.
