BANGALORE: Nine advocates, who tried to stage a protest on the premises of City Civil Court Complex despite prohibitory orders were in force, were taken into preventive custody by the police on Wednesday. However, they were released later. Following the violence reported on March 2, the city Police Commissioner had clamped prohibitory orders till March 18. But, condemning the alleged police harassment and biased reporting by media, some advocates tried to stage a protest on the court premises.
