BANGALORE: With just a day left for the ongoing Budget Session to conclude, the factions in the ruling BJP have suddenly become hyper-active to outsmart each other in the ‘power game’. The Yeddyurappa camp is confident of getting their demands fulfilled in the first week of April.

“With the Budget Sessions — of Parliament and State Legislature — and the Rajya Sabha elections to conclude on Friday, the party high command has no reason to postpone the leadership issue any further. We are hoping to get the ‘good news’ in the first week of April itself,” said a source close to the BSY camp.

According to them, the party high command had already asked for feedback from all the factions and would take a call in the first week of April. “Wait for a week, you will come to know,” they said refusing to elaborate further.
