In a fresh blow to the Reddy camp, Hospet rural police have registered an FIR against Gali Janardhan Reddy and his wife Lakshmi Aruna in connection with the perfidy and fraud complaint lodged by a mining firm in Hospet.
The mining firm approached the JMFC in Hospet recently appealing to direct the police to register an FIR, alleging that Reddy’s Associate Mining Company (AMC) did not supply iron ore as per the work order signed with it.
The mining firm also sent a legal notice to Reddy through post on April 9, 2012, alleging that AMC has supplied only `24.65 crore worth iron ore out of `35 crore work orders.
