RAICHUR: Karnataka's primary and secondary education minister Tanveer Sait was caught by TV cameras watching sleazy pics of semi-clad women on his mobile phone during the Tipu sultan Jayanti celebrations here.

Sait was in a joyous mood after finishing his inaugural speech, and as soon as he got back, he took his phone back from MP B V Naik and was caught red handed while watching pictures of scantily clad women.

When he realised that a cameraman was capturing his activity, he tried to defend himself by saying that he was only seeing the Tipu Jayanti celebrations at Mysore.
