Masti Gudi team can’t take up any new projects

BENGALURU: The makers of the Kannada movie Maasti Gudi have come under scanner, who are now held responsible for the death of two upcoming actors, Anil Kumar V and Uday Raghav that occurred during the high-octane action sequence planned in Thippagondanahalli Reservoir on November 7.

While reports says that producer Sundar P Gowdru and director Nagashekar have been arrested, the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce has directed actor Duniya Vijay, director Nagashekar and stunt director Ravi Verma not to take up any film projects or get into any kind of activity related to films in any industry until further orders by the Chamber. 

Informing the press about the action taken on Wednesday, Chamber president Sa Ra Govindu stated, “We will wait for them to sort out their issues after which we will meet all the people involved in the shoot of the climax scene and collect all the details about what led to the death of the two actors and will take further action.”
