Speaking at the valedictory of the state executive meet here on Sunday, Nirmala said the NDA government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not faced even one corruption charge in the last three years.
She said parties like Aam Aadmi Party, Congress, JD(U) and RJD are facing numerous corruption charges.
Listing out the development and welfare programmes launched by the Union government, she said party workers must reach out to people and educate them on Central government’s programmes by comparing it with other governments and win their confidence.
The Union Commerce Minister said the BJP has bright prospects to bounce back in the state  and end the Congress-rule in Karnataka.
State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa sought the support of the leaders and party men to accomplish the dreams of Mission 150.

He said they will launch a 45-day state tour to interact with people, hear their grievances and also visit drought-affected areas and bring leaders of other parties and organisations to BJP fold.
He said people have faith in BJP and wanted the leaders to put their heart and soul into the organisation and strengthening the party at the grassroots.
He also referred to BJP organising secretary Santhosh’s talk on need to build up personality and ensure that the party gets 51 percent of the votes at booth level.

The meet passed a resolution congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi for completing three years in office and giving a corruption-free government. She said the government also focused on security, fencing the India-Bangladesh border  and development. It also lauded the Centre for providing stents at cheaper rates, celebrating Basaveshwara Jayanti at national level and addressing triple talaq issue. Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council K S Eshwarappa spoke on drought situation in the state, plight of farming community and woes of livestock. He also moved a resolution that was seconded by BJP leader Govind Karjol and C H Vijayashankar.

Media barred from entering venue
Upset with the media coverage on internal fight between warring leaders K S Eshwarappa and B S Yeddyurappa that continued in the state executive, the BJP leaders barred the entry of media inside the venue on the concluding day of the meet. Mediapersons were shocked when they were stopped at the main gate of Rajendra Kalamandir by the party me who maintained that they will be briefed later. The BJP men had three levels of checking at the entrance of the venue.

No place for Rayanna brigade
BJP state general secretary Shobha Karandlaje hinted that there will be no place for Rayanna Brigade. She said many organisations working in name of PM Narendra Modi have wound up as the Prime Minister himself said that these activities must continue under BJP. Asked whether the Central leadership will press Eshwarappa to keep away from Rayanna Brigade, she said: “I hope so”. Refusing to comment on internal differences with the party, she said the central leadership have resolved a few issues.
