DHARWAD: BJP leader Yogishgouda Goudar’s murder case has taken a new turn again. Gurunathgouda, brother of Yogishgouda, and Mallamma, wife of the slain leader, approached Superintendent of Police Dhawad Sangeeta P and requested her to register complaint against district-in-charge minister Vinay Kulkarni and DySPs Tulajappa Sulfi and BP Chandrashekhar for allegedly putting pressure to reach a compromise with the accused in Yogishgouda murder case.

It is said they met the SP at her office requesting to register a case against the minister and DySPs. In the recent video released by Gurunathgouda, he alleged that the minister and DySP Sulfi are putting pressure on him to compromise with the accused in his brother’s murder case.SP Sangeetha told Express that both Mallamma and Gurunathgouda met her seeking a complaint to be registered.

In a recently released audio clip, Minister Kulkarni allegedly threatened an advocate for assisting Mallamma in Yogishgouda murder case. Gurunathgouda alleged that Kulkarni had sent DySP Sulfi in this regard and the minister met him at the residence of a businessman in Dharwad.Kulkarni denied these charges and said it is a conspiracy against him. BJP leaders hit the street demanding resignation of the minister.
