SHIVAMOGGA: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has said that the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is declining, and the ongoing by-election results will send a new message to the nation to bring in transformation.

He also alleged that the Modi government is misleading the people of the country.
Addressing a gathering at Shiralakoppa in Shikaripura taluk on Sunday evening at a rally campaign for Shivamogga Lok Sabha by-election Congress-supported JD(S) candidate Madhu Bangarappa, Kumaraswamy said that the people are losing faith in Modi who is ‘misleading’ them.

“If you elect Bangarappa, it will send a strong message to the nation and will bring in transformation,” Kumaraswamy said.
