Lashing out at the UPA government for its decision on the FDI in retail sector, CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan has said that the multi-nationals are using the government for its benefit. Inaugurating the public meet in connection with the state conference of the Vyapari Vyavasayi Samiti here on Thursday, Vijayan said that democracy in India has been facing threats owing to increasing incidence of corruption at the national level.
