The special court hearing the Vithura Sex scandal case will pronounce the judgment in the first two cases here on December 30 and 31.
The trial of these two cases was completed before the special court judge S Shajahan on Thursday.
On Monday the court will pronounce judgment in the case in which former deputy superintendant of police T U Muhammed Basheer is the accused.
T M Sasi is the accused in the second case, which will be considered on Tuesday. The court also decided not to record the statements of the accused in these two cases as the victim failed to identify the accused.
The court postponed two cases out of the four cases that were considered on Thursday.
While one case was postponed as the accused failed to turn up before the court, the other case was deferred when the prosecution demanded additional time to present more evidences.
The trial will continue and the court will consider other cases on Friday.
The court had commenced the trial of as many as 15 cases out of total 23 cases charged in connection with the Vithura sex scandal, on September 3.
While one case has been disposed of, seven cases are pending in the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II for committing the proceedings before sending it to the special court.
The only case disposed of was charged against Jagathy Sreekumar, in which he was acquitted.
However, an appeal has been filed in the HC against his acquittal.
The case, in which a minor girl from Vithura was allegedly abducted and raped at various places across the state from November 1995 to May 1996, was reported in May 1996.
She was lured by a person named Ajitha, of Kollam, with a job offer and was handed over to Suresh, who is the first accused in all the 23 cases.
Crime Branch DySP V Peter Babu was the inquiry officer in the case.
Special Public Prosecutors C P Udayabhanu and Rajagopal Padippurakkal appeared for the prosecution.
