The Kerala High Court on Thursday sought the view of the state government on the anticipatory bail plea of suspended Director of Information and Public Relations Department A Firoz.
He is the third accused in a cheating case registered by the Thiruvananthapuram medical college police station in connection with the Solar scam.
Justice S S Satheesachandran issued the order and adjourned the case to Thursday. The charge against Firoz was that he had introduced Biju Radhakrishnan and Saritha S Nair as officials of the ADB to a prominent builder in Thiruvananthapuram.
