Court seeks case diary on Reshmi murder case

The Kerala High Court on Monday directed police officials to produce the case diary of the Reshmi murder case in which Biju Radhakrishnan, the prime accused in the solar panel cheating case, is the first accused.

Justice S S  Sathesha-chandran issued the directive while considering an anticipatory bail plea filed by Rajammal, the mother of Biju Radhakrishnan.

The government submitted that the murder of Reshmi was a planned one. Biju planned the murder with the help of Saritha S Nair, so that they could live together, officials representing the state submitted.

Rajammal, a retired headmistress, said she feared a possible arrest as she had been arraigned as a second accused in case.
