Leaders without character are a bane of the nation, said Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. He was inaugurating the 38th state annual conference of Balagokulam at Kochi on Sunday.
He said that the education sector was completely neglected leading to the deterioration of the nation.
“Irrespective of any religion, the country has a tradition and culture. But that has been neglected. A nation that cannot learn from its past cannot survive,” he said.
