“Whatever be the observations of a court, favourable or adverse, I honour it,” Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said.
“Personally and party-wise, the stand on the comments of a court is the same,” the Chief Minister added, reacting to the comments passed by the High Court in the solar scam on Tuesday.
Chandy insisted that he had discussed the matter with the Director General of Prosecution Asaf Ali and the Director General of Police K S Balasubramanian and what has been reported by the media is not true.
“The media should study the court’s observations’’, he demanded.
The Chief Minister also gave vent to his ire against the media and reminded that attempts to foist something upon him in the name of passing comments of the High Court will not be accepted under any circumstances.
