High Court modifies order of Kerala University syndicate

The High Court on Friday modified the Kerala University syndicate order cancelling the entire part II examination of the final year BDS examination of the Kerala University, for as many as 28 students of the PMS College of Dental Sciences, Thiruvananthapuram. Justice A M Shaffique made it clear that the cancellation was only for the paper on Conservative Dentistry and Endodontic Practice Management. It also directed the university to publish the results of three other papers of part II.

The court passed the order while disposing of the petition filed by the final year students of the college. The university had cancelled part I on the allegations that there was malpractice in the answer sheets of these 28 students.
