ADGP Sreelekha Says Transport Commissioner Thanchankary Harassed her for Three Decades

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kicking up a fresh controversy, ADGP (State Crimes Records Bureau),R Sreelekha has

lashed out against the Transport commissioner Tomin Thachankary in the former's facebook post alleging the latter had been harassing the former for nearly three decades.

In her facebook post, Sreelekha criticised the alleged acts of Thachankary including the case registered against her by Thrissur vigilance court last year ordering a probe on allegedly incurring huge loss to government by sanctioning school bus permits to private buses.

In her post, she alleged that she was being harassed by Thachankary for the past 29 years.

"The incident pertaining to the case occurred when Rishiraj Singh was the transport commissioner. I had no direct connection with the case and it was a trap laid by Thachankary after influencing the complainants", Sreelekha said.

She also alleged that Thachankary had been harassing her since their training period in 1987.

"Thachankary pushed the complainants to file case at Thrissur vigilance court as he knew that the court would order an FIR based merely on a complaint. Even the confidential report by the Vigilance DySP was leaked to the complainant by the due instructions made by Thachankary", Sreelekha alleged in her post.

She also pointed out that Thackankary was deliberately trying to deny her promotions and other positions. Sreelekha also added that her health was getting deteriorated owing to mental stress caused by Thachankary's constant harassment.

However, the facebook page was found removed later on Saturday evening.
