KOZHIKODE: A meeting of the Koodaranji panchayat committee has decided not to shut down the water theme park owned by Nilambur MLA PV Anvar on Saturday. The council unanimously decided not to revoke the sanction given to the park. The committee also formed a sub-committee to examine the authenticity of documents submitted by Anvar.
The subcommittee will submit report its report before August 31. Any further decision on the water theme park will taken based on the recommendations of the sub-committee.
All members, irrespective of their political stand, has supported the decision, said sources.
